A 100ft water hose on a retractable reel is at your convenience to wash, fill, or soak most any RV or boat. Additionally we have 50ft air hose on a retractable reel with a built-in gauge connected to a compressor that will provide up to 150 PSI.

We do require a contract. Texas Self Storage Association vehicle storage contracts have standardized these and so we use their electronic contracts when you sign up. A 10-day Termination notice is required upon leaving and all lease payments are due on or before the 1st of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month will incur a late fee and would incur another late fee if not payed before the 15th.
